Fraud Center Calls

What to know:

All calls reguarding Fraud and your Debit Card will be coming from 1-888-233-7336 and/or 1-800-327-8622. They are calling to inform you of some suspicious activity that has already taken place on your debit card and they will review those charges with you. At no time will they ask for your card number, account number, social security number or any other personal information.

What to Do:

Be patient with the caller, english may not be their first language, however they are calling to help protect your finances. If the charges are actual fraud then ACFCU can shut your card down before further financial damage is done.

Do not give the caller any personal information, even if it is only the last 4 numbers of your account number, or social.
