If you receive a call stating it is from our Head Quarters in Texas, it is a scam call. We are, and will always be, right here in Wyoming. If in doubt, hang up and call any one of our branch offices for clarification.

• Never give out your personal information to someone that called you. 
• If you think the call is from us, quiz the caller on stats you know about your Credit Union. Our staff know the in's and out of your Credit Union, locations, weather, Wyoming news etc. We're local because you’re local.
• Get the name of the caller, hang up, and call our branch - All our employees know each other by name.
• Don't let them scare you, it’s a tactic to get what they want.
